An exceptional antique Tekke Turkoman / Turkmen chyrpy or coat silk embroidered collar. It dates to the 19th century and it is an exceptional demonstration of the coveted Tekke tribe's embroidery art. The Chain stitched silk embroidery on green silk is executed with a master's touch. The design is very unusual and the sparadic arrangement of diamond motifs is visually dazzling. The colours are fantastic and all natural.
