Antique Chinese Early Qing Dynasty Kesi Canopy Antique Tibetan monastic canopy made up of a central panel of an early Qing dynasty, Kangxi period Chinese nobleman's polychrome silk and gold kesi weave robe fragment. The thick gold wrapped thread ground is woven with various types of flowers and has a central strip with an upright dragon amongst flowers and clouds above a calligraphic "Shou" character and a wave and mountain register.
