a very rare mid 19th century Tekke Turkoman / Turkmen Bridal Silver and Gold Jewelry known as Girda or Gulyakhan. They were worn as large elaborate pendant or brooch type of jewelry that would be attached to the bride's dress. This unique example is made of high grade silver with the design in gold and carnelian insets. This is one of only a handful of museum grade examples that have tassels and superior than most published examples. Usually they don't have tassels..
