Late 19th c Tibetan tea bowl, called 'Jha-phor' or 'par-pa, with accompanying cloth and wicker carrying case. The wood is exotic and as light as a feather, and has the patina of age and of many cups of salt buttered tea(po cha). The case carries the weight of a hundred years of use. 1 3/4"h x 3 1/2" diameter at top. Acquired in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, n India late in the last century. sold thank u
