Mahal Carpet 8.7 x 12.0 2.65 x 3.65 This predominantly light coloured west Persian village carpet has a burnt pale apricot field with a spacious, large pattern design of rosettes, floral sprays and small complete flowers. There are a few teal accents. The brick main border displays broadly rendered simple turtle palmettes. The carpet shows areas of significant wear and it is in general shabby chic condition.
