Kerman Carpet 9.9 x 18.3 3.01 x 5.57 This attractive se Persian town carpet is finely woven with soft, but resilient, pile wool, and features a deep indigo ground with an allover pattern of palmettes, lancet leaves, boteh leaves, cloud bands, cypresses, over-and-under vines and lesser flower sprays. The peach border alternates floriated botehs with rosette-palmettes. The condition is quite good with only very minimal wear. Circa: 1920 (36663)
