Shahsavan Bag Face, this rare Shahsavan bag finely woven in the sumakh technique, was formerly part of a khorjin. a diamond lattice enclosing bold cruciform motifs adorns the field; the narrow white-ground border contains a geometrically stylised vine with small star-shaped blossoms and leaves.
