An extremely rare -- possibly unique -- Yomut family prayer rug, circa 1800, approx 4x4.3 feet (122x130cm). Green, pale yellow and 2-3 tones of madder in the palette, true camel hair highlights in the pile. The pile is in good condition for its age. About 1 square inch (6 sq cm) of reknotting.
