#6723 Khotan
This Khotan measures 5 ‘ 9” x 9’ 0 “. This fantastic carpet has a bittersweet field with two medallions which are drawn in a three stage 3- d effect. The outer portion of the medallion is in pale aubergine with a very pale green flower head motif. The next stage, proceeding inward, repeats the field color of bittersweet with ivory flower heads. Proceeding inwards is an elongated circle with a modified wave motif. This is a very interesting combination which i have never seen before. This rug is in essentially mint condition with full pile. The ends and sides are complete. This rug is clean and ready to go.The buyer pays the shipping and insurance. http://www.antiqueorientalrugs.com/eastturkestan.htm
