Vintage hand embroidered kilim - flat weave from Uzbekistan, made by the tribe named Lakai. Circa 1890s. It has hand dyed and hand spun natural saturated colors. It has stylized pinwheel and animal designs as well as other traditional designs. Despite its age, it has only several minor repairs as can be seen in the last photo. It also has lovely 18 cm (7") long braided tassels. Length: 395 x width: 134 cm (155.5" x 52.7").
