Back
Antique little Baluch bagface with classic lattice and inset flowering plants. Better than average drawing and natural colors for this well known type. Excellent light blues and attractive reds. Unfortunately in somewhat rough condition with numerous old moth nibbles and edge unraveling. Add to that remnant spots of thin glue from long removed cloth or tape back reinforcements as shown. i don’t see any active moth but still could use a good wash. An interesting example for a collector focused on this type. Good age. 19th c. 22” x 23”
