Antique south Persian qashqai small bird design rug. Flocks of beautifully colored little birds fill the field and ivory medallions. Pile varies from good even low to very low to none in worn areas. All good saturated natural colors. Ends unraveling. As found, a hand sized stain in field and in need of a wash. High quality weaving. Restorable. 19th c. 4’1”
