Antique little west Anatolian prayer rug. Interesting little rug found locally. i like the archaic serrated leaf border. Bergama? Coarse weave and overall low pile with scattered wear and a good sized vertical field tear. Selvages not original and ends unraveling. All good natural colors with nice light blue and green highlights. As found, very very dirty as found. The colors should look much better after a good wash. Good age, ca. 1875 or earlier. 3’ x 3’6”
