Antique Heriz carpet with a very well-drawn large medallion and excellent clear soft colours.

Size: 15ft 1in x 11ft 2in (460 x 340cm).
The carpet has a large central medallion of traditional Heriz design, the ground colour is a superb soft madder red with the open design in soft pastel colours. The spandrels are in ivory with soft blues and reds. The well drawn indigo blue floral rosette border frames the carpet well.
A designers dream carpet for that timeless country house look.
The Carpet is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile, perfect for the country house look.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use such as a living or dining room.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
