this is from western india rajisthan.it is from the gypsy's.its is all hand woven and it has beautiful hand embroidery dome on the border all around.the colors are all natural dyes.it is a very rare piece.its is woven in a small hand loom and then two pieces are attached to make the width of the skirt.the skirt has been opened which gives us a 5 meters long textile.the size of the piece is 600cms long x 76cms width.the black wool is generally used by the kalbelia tribe of rajisthan who are very famous for dear singing and dancing skills
