Antique Mahal runner of a very scarce narrow width. www.knightsantiques.co.uk Circa 1900. Size: 14ft 11in x 2ft 5in (455 x 73cm). The runner has a colourful feel with a classic large scale floral design on a dark indigo blue ground. The narrow ivory border frames the runner well. The runner is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. The runner has been reduced in width at some point in its life and may once have been even longer.
