Azerbaijan first half 19th century, 120x410 cm. related to a rug published by Eberhart Herrmann, Seltene Orientteppiche v, München, 1983, side 102, picture 48. Exiting rug in not so bad condition for its age, with a lot of different nice colours and very beautiful. Creases and a tear in the middle and probably some corrosive brown and black dyes, but it doesn´t feel rotten or anything. It will improve with a good wash. i will take better pics another day, today it is snowing.
