This one is quite uncommon, at first because of its green colour (they usually are indigo) and then due to representation of pieces used when playing the Chinese game ‘mah-jong’. Maybe it belonged to a professional mah-jong player, also because the kanji character reads ‘shoku’ (congratulations).
