Qashqai pictoral rug, 260x160 cm, around 1900, related to a yellow ground rug published in Hali several times by John t Wertime. Hali issue 126 side 37 and Hali Issue 64 side157. Mostly in good pile but with areas of lower pile, one stain looks like red wine and it could need a stretch. Lovely wool and colours. As with all my rugs and textiles trades against good pieces are welcome.
