Shahsavan chanteh with strap and tassels, 19th c. Natural dyes; 9-1/2 in. x 9-3/4 in. Wool soumac bud and flower design on plain white cotton ground; plain white back, with small stains. Side wrapping, strap and tassels appear to be original; cloth wtrip inside closure and loops added on later.
