Shahsavan sumak bagface, 3rd Qtr. 19th c., 21" x 22". Am unaware of a published example of a Shahsavan sumak bag featuring this field design. Barber pole side borders are not original, but perfectly re-woven. Vertical brown framing lines also may not be original. Great colors, a rare and beautiful bagface.
