Fine, tight weave and rich colors characteristic of Aleppo-Reyhanli region of 19th century Ottoman Empire. Many small old repairs of varying quality. Corroded browns, small rough spots and stains. Sides reduced. The white outermost panels at top and bottom may or may not have gone around sides. a battered but vibrant small kilim with coloristic verve and and an inventive array of minor motifs.
