Elegant Antique Baluch Main Carpet with snow-flake blossoms in lattice design and minakhani border. Deep saturated natural colors with corrosive brown and masterful use of white. Boucher attributed rugs of this type to the Torbat area of Khorosan. Main carpets of this type are uncommon and rarer still with complete sides and kilims. Finely and delicately woven, this piece has the feeling and handle of a giant bagface. size including kilim is 8'11"x5'6" . My images are not great.
