Antique Shirvan rug, circa 1900 in excellent condition. Size is 5' 2 x 3' 8 ft - 1.58 x 1.11m The pile is very good all over with some corrosion to the brown dyes in places. Original knotted ends and the sides seem original too. Some of the sides have come loose in places, but easy to repair. It has been cut at one end and reattached i presume as it was maybe kinking in this area, it has been done ok but could be improved. Lowered price, very cheap for a good caucasian rug!
