this embroidered piece is from western india gujarat . it's all hand embroidered with use of silk threads its mid 19th century piece it is given in dowry and used for marriage purpose ... the size is 165 x 96 cm the top part of the piece shows the tree of prosperity and the center part is embroidered like a garden the tribe is know as ahir and are very color full people..
