Japanese album with a collection of 432 patterns (zuan cho) painted in ink and tempera on paper and pasted on 184 pages. All designs were intended for textiles and obi designs. This kind of book was used in the Kyoto textile workshops. One volume 29,5 x 20,5 cm. Ca. 1900-1910. The cover is worn but all samples are in excellent conditions.
