antique afshar rug. Great small square size and iconic design with an unusual light colored ground. All natural colors. Wool pile and wool foundation. As found, no repairs. The light colored wool ground shows much abrash. Small areas of light field wear also appeared slightly darker. Unusual and eye catching. Could use a good wash. late 19th c. 4' x 4'5"
