Antique Sanjabi Bagface 60 x 58 cm ( 2ft x 1 ft 11") 2nd half 19th century together with its seperate original kilim back all natural dyes colours: red, 2nd red, dark blue, 2nd blue, dark blueish green, 2nd blueish green, dark brown (some corrosion), 2nd brown, yellow, white condition: according to age, low pile all over (minor wear in the field with obvious area of wear), original selvedges complete and intact (wrapping partly remaining, see pics), original top kilim finishing with goathair ending complete and intact ( top closing pads only partly remaining), bottom ending some loss, no restorations technicals: symmetric knotting with offset knots, both single as double wefted, warps and wefts: ivory clockwise spun wool 2 and 3 strands twined counterclockwise
