According to the expert Drs. Koos De Jong, tsuk-druk saddle rugs are extremely rare Tibetan carpets to get. Here's a good old one, dressed in a great monastic aubergine veg color: 90 x 59 cm, rounded ends Mongolian style, thick pile, four-panel tsuk-druk structure and knot. The rug is offered as found in Lhasa, has never been washed nor repaired, and is complete with its padded backing showing good age. An excellent collector's piece in genuine, authentic condition!
