This Antique Bidjar rug might look ordinary with its Herati pattern design and central diamond medallion but in flesh it is much nicer than the typical antique Bidjar of its kind. The colors are absolutely jewel-like, vibrant, and saturated. The wool is oily, and the weave is fine and tight but the handle is much much more pliable and floppy than the typical Bidjar with such tightly depressed weave.
