It has an excellent tight weave, but the thickness of the yarn gives it a somewhat heavy but floppy handle. i love the way the inner border in green and red mimics the main border, and also the way the main "Dragon s" border seems to rotate up around the pole! Very sophisticated piece with lots of intricate detail! The more you study it, the more it reveals.
