In the field of this Sarab there is a rapport pattern with five distinctive hexagons on camel hair-colored ground. The hexagons are filled with palmettes, flowers and leaf forks. The hexagons are hanging on a string with beams on top and below. The first border is showing a stylized animal head. The white-primed main border is decorated with tendrils of alternating flowers and squares. The exterior border is decorated with green willow trees on wine red. a Persian rug full of character. The Sarab is in age-according good condition. The dimensions are 3.35 x 1.01 m.
