The pattern of this long Karadagh rug consists of a centrally placed hexagon in crème with two vertically arranged hooked blue step polygons and two larger green hexagons on red ground. The remaining field is studded with stylized leaves and blossoms. Leaf/blossom motifs build the dark blue border; with according complementary colors in drawing and border. The runner and small formats prevail in the weaving region of Karaja. The carpet is in age-according good condition. The dimensions are 4 x 1.08 m.
