antique ersari chuval with beautiful greens and silk highlights. Impossibly lustrous wool and brilliant colors make this chuval just about unphotographable (is this even a word?). Excellent pile and great tight weave. All natural colors with more green than i have ever seen in a chuval. Lots of lightly corroded magenta silk. a fine yellow and strong apricot highlights. a dramatic and unusual turkoman. Recent good wash, nearly perfect condition, one very small minor old stain, barely noticable. ca. 1875 or before. Big size. 3'2" x 4'9"
