antique kuba rug. Fresh New England find. Interesting design with large tulip palmettes and a jungle of little animals. All good strong natural colors featuring a pretty abrashed medium blue ground and lovely greens, an old apricot and good yellow highlights. Restoration special, "as found", cleanly trimmed of those pesky outer side minor borders and priced accordingly. Original ends with remnant braided warps. Reasonably clean. Some black oxidation and a small old crude repair or two. Old cloth tape applied to sides already removing itself and machine overcasting. Restoration available.
