Strikingly beautiful Anatolian prayer rug, circa 1900, extremely floppy handle, silken pile on much of the rug, though mainly in the borders; shades of copper, rust, a rare green, brown and an electric blue, all natural; multicolored archaic dragon shapes, in the secondary border, guarding the mihrab, with fragrant flowers gracing its interior; low pile in most of the mihrab and to either side at its top with a pretty abrash above.
