Antique Derbend carpet, Ca. 1875. 4'10" x 9' 10" with a smooth, regular weave. It has a wide range of good colors including a pumpkin orange, medium and dark blue, an acorn brown, plum brown, solid red and green and the occasional use of a synthetic purple which has faded to near white. It has not been washed. There is one very small stain as pictured. The pile is very good, almost full, fit for years of service. End guard stripes are missing. There are a half dozen tiny holes, one 3" x 3" corner which needs to be re-repaired and a few small bites of old moth damage. There is no rot or odor. $100 (or less) shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. All areas except end guard stripes can be done well and fairly quickly. Please ask for price which can include work or be without it. This is a lot of rug for comparatively little money. More pictures on request. Please ask any questions you have.
