8x10 Antique Sultanabad Persian rug This is an antique 1880’s Sultanabad rug from late nineteenth century. It is also known as a Mahal rug. These types of rugs are highly regarded and desirable as they have an outstanding design, sophisticated and decorative aesthetic. They are harder to find in the market. Size is 8x10. This rug is in good shape and has a part that has been repaired wonderfully. Please see pics. It has earth tones and all over floral design. Very charming which is why these rugs are preferred for originality and inspired artistry as well as for their compatibility and versatility with the finest interiors.
