This vest is probably from one of the countries which was part of the Ottoman Empire before the First World War such as Turkey, Greece, Albania, etc. It is in perfect condition with beautiful green velvet on the back. It is for a small or medium size woman. The gold couching covers the entire vest except for the small green velvet area in the back.
