Caucasian prayer rug, late 19th, early 20th century. Size is 2' 7" x 3' 9" including fringe. Well maintained, original condition, no repairs other than an old 2-inch repair to selvage. Has hand sewn on fabric pieces for hanging; based on its condition it must have been on a wall for quite some time. Nice colors, including uncommon light green secondary color in main border. Very finely woven, approx. 325 kpsi. Ends are overcast; modest loss to ends. The outdoor photos show it lighter than as seen in person. The indoor pics just added also show light streaming in from above and right side, but closer to actual colors
