Early Tribal Senneh. Saffron yellow center medallion. Two people woven above and below medallion. Fine weave. Great wall art. Obvious wear. 8 colors. 6’ 2" x 4' 1”. Delicately hand washed. Please note the imposing yellow shield like medallion. Studying the literature one would be hard pressed to find a similar 18-sided motif. Serrations at each end possibly representing a birds tail. Later Senneh center medallions morphed into 4 or 6 sided, some with pendant tips.
