Turkmenistan - yomud Tribal horse blanket. Very fine warp faced weave with fine wool and natural colors and traditional designs. Covered with brown felt on the back side. All natural colors. It is almost prefect in condition. Silk hanging tassels all around it. They must use such pieces for ceremonial times and events. Very finely woven. Size : 67" x 49" -- 170 cm x 125 cm. Circa : 1900 or earlier.
