19th century Ferahan with uniform low pile throughout. It has two small cuts (extending an inch into the rug) and one small old crude repair (maybe 1.5"). the rug is very pliable (i.e., cuts are not due to dry rot). some call it Mahal Ferahan. roughly 3'x5'. more photos coming soon. It needs a wash.
