Stripes - Anatolian style. This early kilim has great color! Both of the side selvedges are intact. There is probably some small amount missing at the two ends, but the kilim must be within only a few inches of being complete. Size: 58 x 146 inches. As is condition with no conservation except for a professional cleaning. The piece is generally sound, not fragile, except in the damaged areas which are obvious. Most of the warps are unbroken. There is one stained area approximately 2 x 3 inches that needs attention. Reasonable.
