Small box, Korea. Zelkova (elm) wood, green paint, 4.25" 10.8 cm) high, 5.5" (14 cm) diameter. Late 19th to early 20th century. This unique, beautifully grained box has been carved as if there were three separate tiers when, in fact, it is one box.
