An excellent Central Asian antique silk embroidered women's short jacket dating to approximately late 19th century early 1900s. This beautiful piece was possibly made by the Tajiks living in the border region of Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The silk work is beautiful with gorgeous geometric designs that are so archaic. The colours are magnificent. It could easily be worn.
