Beautiful Ladik Prayer 4'1" x 6'9", dated 1270/1853. Spacious and well drawn design with wonderful old colors, aubergene, yellow, green, light blue and saturated reds. Classic motifs with beautifully formed Tulips and elegantly drawn and spaced border flowers. Good even condition with some older restorations. Purchased in Turkey in the 1970's and hung on a wall since then. Fresh from a private collection. Priced to sell.
