One year ago a Memorial was held in Santa Monica to remember Keith. We all knew him to be contentious, but as we who loved him knew, he was capable of great compassion, generosity, forgiveness, and loyalty willing to share his knowledge with all. The memorial was attended by current and former neighbors, the Rocklin family, friends, dealers, customers, and care givers. Tony Kitz offered a lovely eulogy as did Amy Rocklin in a letter read by Sarah Rocklin. We will remember his eclectic taste in music, his passion for politics and his late wife, Victoria.
Keith's father, a science fiction writer, convinced a young Ray Bradbury to move to Los Angeles to further his career. His grandfather, who settled in Cincinatti, was an artist trained in Munich, who was part of an art colony near Dachau. https://museum.oglethorpe.edu/exhibitions/dachau-dachau-european-artist-... Keith will be missed by all who knew him.
