Unusual long Jaff Kurdish bagface rug with thick lush pile.
i have not seen any Jaff bagfaces so long.... measures roughly 102 cm x 43 cm
Super quality wool - soft soft .... and all natural colours. Spongy pelt like handle.
There is very light transfer of a red dye on the white wool in the border. The red dye is 100% fast (i tested it with hot water) and it looks 100% natural. No tip fading or bleeding. i can only think that during the initial wash when the piece was made, this dye transferred a little.
i am 99% sure the dye is ok but i am not a dye expert. In any case, it is barely noticeable, but if this is an issue, i would suggest you pass.
