This fine and tightly woven rug was created in one of the worst polluted ares of the early Soviet industrial enterprise: Oil refineries, chemical plants etc. No wonder, that the favourite carpet design of Surahani has been the walled garden with stylized fountains, trees and stars. The rug is in very good condition, with some slight overall wear. Original unwrapped, triple side cords. No repairs.
